Access to NYS Freedom of Information Law
For access to Massena Central School's records under the NYS Freedom of Information Law, please contact Human Resources by mail, email or in person. Reach us by mail at Human Resource Department, 84 Nigtengale Ave Massena, NY 13662, email [email protected] or in person by visiting Central Administration Building from 9am-3pm, Monday thru Friday. There is a fee of $.25 per copy for copies made in person.
Requests should state that information is being sought under the Freedom of Information Law and provide a brief description of the public records requested. Please be as specific as possible (i.e. relevant dates, names, descriptions, etc.).
The district’s Human Resource Department will acknowledge receipt of any FOIL requests within five business days.
