Payroll Related questions:

Any questions regarding payroll should be directed towards Amy Randolph. She will be able to explain your paycheck, any deductions, or general questions. If you have specific questions about your health insurance or a claim, you will have to contact St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES Insurance at (315) 379-3000. If you have specific retirement questions or 403B questions you will also have to contact your respective agent.

 

Student Activities Clubs:

Any questions regarding student activities operations; purchasing, cash receipts, and club procedures should all be directed to Julie Locey.

 

Any Cash Deposits:

Bring all cash deposits and checks to Julie Locey and she will deposit in the appropriate account.

 

All Purchasing in General (A) & Federal (F) Funds:

Any questions or requisitions for these funds need to come directly to Mallory Olson. Once Mallory signs off on the purchase as the district purchasing agent, Trisha LaBarge or Tracey Adams will process the requisition which creates order. If there are any questions about the order, they will email you. Please respond promptly to get the order placed. After an order is placed; please direct any payment related questions to Carey Latreille.

 

Budget related questions:

Any General or Federal Fund budget questions should be directed to Mallory Olson.
