St. Lawrence County Health Department Survey The St. Lawrence County Health Department has provided the following survey to gauge the level of demand for Pfizer vaccination in children ages 12 and older, once authorized. Please complete this survey ONLY if you would grant permission for your child to receive COVID-19 vaccination hosted at a school clinic with written parental consent. Massena High School In-Person Learning 3/4 Good Morning, I am happy to report that Massena High School will reopen for live learning on Thursday, March 4. Thursday will be an "A" day. COVID-19 Announcement 2/5/21 It was reported today that one of our students at Massena High School tested positive for COVID-19. Based on the number of contacts who will need to quarantine and mindful of the safety of our students and staff, Massena High School will be moving to all remote instruction for next week, Monday, February 8, 2021 through Friday, February 12, 2021.
Parent Dashboard Dear Parents,The New York State Education Department (NYSED) has developed a Parent Dashboard to increase transparency and make information about school performance and other school-level data easier for parents and the public to access. The Parent Dashboard is part of New York’s Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) plan, which emphasizes equity in education for all students and expands measures of school accountability and student success. This new dashboard will provide parents with information about their child’s school. The Parent Dashboard is now available in addition to the New York State School Report Card on NYSED’s public data site. The Parent Dashboard offers information on all public schools including charter schools.
Donation of 20 Kajeets from the Massena Salvation Army The Massena Central School District has partnered with the Massena Salvation Army to provide internet access to some of the District’s highest needs families to support students learning remotely. The Massena Salvation Army received funding through an Alcoa grant that was used to purchase 20 internet hotspots called kajeets.

Food Distribution Update The Food Service program will continue to provide meals to any Massena children up to 18 years old on Mondays using a five day meal pack.
