For the current school year 2026-27, all students enrolled at Massena Central School District schools are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at no charge.

Under the federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) and New York State funding assistance, parents do not need to fill out a traditional, individual household application for free or reduced-price meals to participate. All children attending school in the district will be served meals at no cost.

The Role of Families
While meals are entirely free for all students, the district still relies on household income data to secure critical state and federal educational funding. This data directly supports Massena's academic programs, student technology, and community school services. Families are strongly encouraged to complete and return the alternative CEP Household Income Eligibility Form
