Massena CSD will receive federal money through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) and the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA).  Federal guidelines set spending parameters, but states can provide additional requirements and dictate specific allotments per district. 

 

We are in the early stages of developing spending plans and we are interested in your feedback and comments as we put together a multi-year plan that utilizes this funding to support our students. Please take a few moments to complete the survey the District has created to help us determine the best utilization of available COVID related federal funding.
